摘  要:针对中原油田裂缝性储层的特点,分析了压裂降滤失剂的作用机理,研究了HL—05油溶性降滤失剂的组成、制备方法及其使用性能,并在现场6井次试验应用中取得了施工成功率100%和压后增产原油5424t、天然气3300×104m3的良好效果。该降滤失剂由石油树脂、复合溶剂、分散剂等化学剂组成,在压裂液中使用量为1.0%时,相同条件下可降低滤失量32%左右,并具有适应温度、压力能力强,油溶性能以及与压裂液体系配伍性能好,对岩心渗透率伤害低等特点。经室内研究及现场应用表明,该降滤失剂能较好地控制液体滤失量并有一定的保护产层的能力。Based on the characteristics of fracture reservoir in Zhongyuan Oilfield, this paper analysis the mechanism of fracturing fluid loss additive, studies the composition, preparation method and property of HL - 05 fluid loss additive of oil - soluble. It has obtained the good benefits of 100% operation success ratio on field testing of 6 wells and increasing crude oil 54241, natural gas 3300 X 104m4. The fluid loss additive is composed of the chemical solvents, such as oil resin, composite solvent and solvent. When its fluid volume in fracturing fluid is 1.0% , it can decrease the 32% filtration at the same condition. It has characteristics of well suitable for temperature and pressure, good matching for its oil - soluble ability in the fracturing fluid system, and low injuring to core permeability. Through indoor research and field experiment, it is proved that the fluid loss additive has the good ability of filtration controlling and payzone protecting.
