小康社会体育人才需求趋势与培养对策研究

摘　　要：从体育人才的服务领域、人才质量、需求数量、人才类型结构等方面,阐述了小康社会体育人才的需求趋势。小康社会体育人才将突破传统服务范围,不断扩大服务领域;对体育人才的素质、学历层次要求更高,复合型人才倍受青睐,体育人才培养将实现由规模效益向质量效益的转变;体育教育人才供大于求但仍有一定的需求,社会体育人才,体育经济人才,体育科研人才有较大的需求空间;体育人才的专业门类将调整扩大,出现具有创新特征的“体育知识劳动人才群”和新的专业门类。From such respects as service field, talent＇s quality, quantity of demand, talent＇s type sturcture of sports talents, etc., it has explained the demand trend of sports talents in well-off society of China. Sports talents of well-off society will break through the traditional service range and expand the service field constantly ;They expect much to sports talents＇ quality and academic level, the inter-disciplinary talents enjoy great popularization, and the cultivation of sports talents will transform into quality benefit form the scale benefit;The PE talents supply exceeds the demand but still have certain demands, and the social sports talent, sports economic talent, sports education talent, sports scientific manpower have a larger demand space;Professional category of sports talent will expand and adjust to present a “sports knowledge labor talent group” and a new professional class with innovative characteristics.
