中国竞技体育优势项目教练员行为的研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法对行为科学介入竞技体育教练员研究的目的意义、研究现状、研究思路进行了比较详尽的阐述;初步界定出“教练员行为”的概念及其内涵和外延,并搭建出“教练员行为”理论研究的框架;同时运用问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法、统计学方法,对中国竞技体育部分优势项目的教练员行为进行比较深入的实地调研。Nowadays, studying the sport coaches has become one of important contents in the sports science. It is the practical need of sports training, with the theory of the science of behavior, to make a study of the characters, the occurring and the regular patterns of the behavior of the coaches deeply and systematically, which can also develop the sports theory from a new perspective. With the methods of document and inference, this article presents the elaboration about the aims and meaning, the current situation and the train of thought in the study of the behavior of coaches, gives the notion of the behavior of the coaches, and tentatively builds up a theory framework about studying the behavior of the coaches.
