双炔失碳酯的抗实验肿瘤作用研究

摘　　要：双炔失碳酯是我国创制的口服避孕新药(简称双炔酯),已被推广应用,通常称为53号探亲抗孕片。李瑞麟等曾临床试用治疗绒癌和子宫癌,发现有的病人用药后病情好转。为了明确该药可能具有抗肿瘤作用,我们开展了53号药对实验肿瘤的疗效研究。The results showed that the alpha isomer of anordrin (2α,17a-diethynyl-A-nor-androstane-2β. 17β-diol dipropionate) could produce obvious antitumor action onexperimental tumors including sarcoma S-37, brain tumor B-22, Lewis lung carci-noma, U-14 and hepatoma, but had no therapeutic effect against ascites tumors, i. e.Ehrlich carcinoma, HepA and leukemia p388. When it was used in combination withVCR, 5FU or dactinomycin, the antitumor activity could be markedly enhanced. It wasalso proved that the beta somer of anordrin was lack of antitumor activity.
