对我国VoIP业务监管的几点建议

摘　　要：VoIP业务发展迅猛,近年成为监管政策研究的重点,各国监管机构也都纷纷向公众咨询VoIP业务的监管政策建议。本文首先对VoIP业务现状进行简介,然后分析VoIP业务对我国监管政策的挑战,最后提出几点VoIP业务监管政策建议,以求VoIP业务的健康发展,使得消费者可以从新技术的发展中获益,促进我国通信业的可持续发展。Now VolP services are developing very fast, which are the focus of telecommunications regulatory policies. Regulatory organizations in many countries are seeking comment on regulation of VoIP from the public. This paper carries out brief introduction for the VoIP services, then analyzes the challenge of VoIP for the regulatory policy of our country, and some suggestions for the VoIP services are finally given in order to develop the VoIP services healthily and make customers gain advantage from new technology to promote the sustainable development of telecommunications industry in our country.
