摘 要:目的研究砷中毒大鼠体内各脏器组织中砷的分布,为地方性砷中毒的治疗提供科学依据。方法用亚砷酸钠(NaAsO2)诱导出大鼠亚急性砷中毒模型,采用超热中子活化法测定大鼠的肝、肺、肾、脾、心、脑、卵巢、睾丸、肌肉9种脏器组织中As的含量。结果中毒组大鼠各脏器组织中砷的含量均极显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01或P<0.001)。且砷在各脏器中的浓度并非均匀分布。在中毒组脏器组织中的浓度遵循脾>肺>肝>肾>卵巢>心脏>脑>肌肉>睾丸。结论砷在脾、肺、肝、肾等脏器中大量的蓄积,可能导致这些器官细胞的损伤。Objective To study the distribution of arsenic (As) in certain import,ant rat tissues (liver, spleen, kidney, lung, heart, brain, ovary, testis and muscle) of arsenic - poisoning rat and to provide scientific information of treatment of endemic arsenic disease. Methods NaAsO2 injection was used to induce model subaeute arsenic- poisoning rat. Epidlennal neutron activation analysis (ENAA) was used to analyze As concentration in the rat organs. Results Arsenic levels in various organs of As- poisoning rats were significantly higher than the control groups ( P 〈 0.01or P 〈 0.001 ). The distribution of As in various organs was not equal. The concentration of As dropped down following the sequence of spleen, lung, liver, kidney, ovary, heart, brain, muscle, and testis. Conclusions In As- poisoning rats, As is enriched in spleen, lung, liver, and kidney, this may be an important damaging mechanism to cells of liver, kidney, lung, and spleen.
