提高小麦×玉米胚培养植株产生频率的研究

摘　　要：用１／２ＭＳ培养基与Ｔａｉｒａ和Ｌａｒｔｅｒ（ＴＬ）培养基培养胚龄１０～１４ｄ的小麦与玉米杂种胚，结果表明：未加任何激素的１／２ＭＳ培养基植株产生率为８４．２％，ＴＬ培养基为３４．８％，前者明显优于后者。大部分４００μｍ以上的胚均能萌发成正常植株，而４００μｍ以下的胚较难萌发。１２～１４ｄ胚龄的胚具有较高的植株产生率。MS medium, Taira and Larter medium (TL) were used to culture 10～14 days' embryo in wheat and maize crosses. Frequences of plant production were 84.2% in 1/2 MS medium and 34.8% in TL medium. The former was better in plant production than that of the latter. Most of embryos over 400μm could germinate and produce normal plants but embryos under 400μm were very difficult to germinate. 12 to 14 days' embryo had higher frequency of plant production.
