摘  要:用1/2MS培养基与Taira和Larter(TL)培养基培养胚龄10~14d的小麦与玉米杂种胚,结果表明:未加任何激素的1/2MS培养基植株产生率为84.2%,TL培养基为34.8%,前者明显优于后者。大部分400μm以上的胚均能萌发成正常植株,而400μm以下的胚较难萌发。12~14d胚龄的胚具有较高的植株产生率。MS medium, Taira and Larter medium (TL) were used to culture 10~14 days' embryo in wheat and maize crosses. Frequences of plant production were 84.2% in 1/2 MS medium and 34.8% in TL medium. The former was better in plant production than that of the latter. Most of embryos over 400μm could germinate and produce normal plants but embryos under 400μm were very difficult to germinate. 12 to 14 days' embryo had higher frequency of plant production.
