摘　　要：在合成丙烯酸酯浆料的过程中,乳化剂的使用在很大程度上影响着合成浆料的性能。论述了乳化剂的作用机理及其使用的必要性,分析了乳化剂用量对浆液性能的影响,试验结果表明:乳化剂用量为0.125%时,所合成的丙烯酸酯浆料的稳定性、粘附性最佳。In the course of synthesizing acrylate size mixture, the using of emulsifier influenced synthetic size performance in some degree. Function mechanism and using necessary of emulsifier were analyzed, and influence on size performance of emulsifier dose was analyzed too. The test shows when emulsifier dose is 0. 125% , stability and adhesive property of synthetic acrylate size mixture are best.
