国产新型下销性能特点及纺纱试验

摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的细纱机专用专利下销的结构和特点,新型下销平面宽度缩短,最高上托点高度提高,摩擦力界增强。对新型下销和传统下销在不同号数的色纺纱品种上进行了纺纱试验对比,结果表明,新型下销纺纱质量优于传统下销,特别是在成纱条干和细节方面改善明显。A kind of new type special patent bottom pin of spinning frame was introduced, plane width of new bottom pin was shortened, the highest blanket point was enhanced and friction field was strengthened too. Spinning test of different count colored spun yarn with new type bottom pin and traditional bottom pin were compared. The result shows that yarn quality of new type bottom pin is better than that of traditional bottom pin, yarn evenness and thin place are improved especially.
