高性能保温砂浆和抗渗防裂砂浆在外墙外保温抹灰工程中的应用

摘　　要：苏州工业园区某高层住宅外墙外保温抹灰采用高性能保温砂浆和抗渗防裂砂浆,并粘贴耐碱玻纤网格布,保温性能达到《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》中建筑围护结构保温隔热节能指标,各抹灰层粘结牢固,无脱层、空鼓和裂纹。其主要施工工艺为基层墙面处理,基层界面处理,吊垂直、套方、弹控制线,贴灰饼、做水泥砂浆护角,抹2遍高性能保温砂浆,贴分格条、做滴水线,在抹2遍抗渗防裂砂浆之间铺压耐碱玻纤网格布,刮柔性耐水腻子,进行外墙面涂料施工。The external insulation of exterior wall of a high rise residence in Suzhou Industrial Park adopts mortar of high insulation and that of anti-seepage and crack-proof, with alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh being stuck to. And its heat insulating performance reaches the relevant indicators of enclosure structure specified in the Design Criterion for Residential Engergy Saving in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Area. The plastered layers are firmly bonded; no delaminating, hollowing or cracking occurs. Major construction processes are as follows ：wall face and boundary treatment, location control, sticking inner bead, making mortar staff angle, plastering high-insulating mortar 2 times, sticking division strip, making drip line, laying alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh between the two paints of anti-seepage and crack proof mortar, plastering flexible waterproof paint filler, construction of finish paint on the external face.
