小尾寒羊与湖羊遗传检测的比较

摘  要:以我国特有的两大优良绵羊品种小尾寒羊和湖羊为检测对象,采用中心产区典型群随机抽样法,从小尾寒羊中心产区山东省梁山县和湖羊中心产区浙江省湖州市分别抽取小尾寒羊60只和湖羊63只,用水平板淀粉凝胶电泳检测11个结构基因座的频率,观测9项相对形态学特征标记的表型频率,测定其体尺,记录当地生态环境特征,从结构基因座、形态学特征和生态特征3个方面对两者间的遗传差异进行定量分析。结果表明:小尾寒羊在A l、E s-D、Ly座位上是单态性的,而湖羊仅在A l、E s-D上是单态性的;小尾寒羊的基因平均纯合度高于湖羊;两者除在角的有无和色斑上存在差异外,其他表型特征基本相似;在生态特征方面,湖羊产区与小尾寒羊产区相比,海拔低、年平均气温高、降水量充沛。The small tailed Han sheep and Hu sheep are two kinds of excellent sheep breeds in China. The investigation was carried out to 60 small tailed Han sheep and 63 Hu sheep sampled from their central habitat area. Starch gel eletrophoresis was used to determined the frequency distribution of 11 structural loci. We also compared the phenotype frequency of 9 relative appearance character, the body measurements, and note local ecological enviroment character. In the end, the rational analysis was carried out to the difference between the two populations' genetic information from the 3 administrative aspects of loci, appearance character and ecological character, respectively. The results are as follows: Al, Es-D, Ly loci of small tailed Han sheep are not polymorphistic. However, Hu sheep is not polymorphistic only at Al, Es-D loci; Average heterozygosity of Hu sheep is higher than that of small tailed Han sheep, except for the difference between existing of horn and splash. The two populations' appearance characters are almost same as each other. As to ecological character, Hu sheep's central area of habitat has several characteristics, such as low altitude, high average air temparature in year and plentiful rainfull.
