摘　　要：针对纸海图到矢量格式电子海图数据的转换过程中存在的问题,提出一种基于小波变换的图像识别方法。首先对彩色纸海图进行小波变换,然后选择小波系数的极值点,根据极值点搜索纸海图的线信息。实验结果表明,该方法识别效果好,能够有效地从纸海图中提取线信息。In view of the existing issues on extraction of vector data from charts, an image recognition method based on wavelet transformation is presented, Firstly, the wavelet transformation of a color chart is made. Then, an appropriate threshold is chosen and an algorithm to search the line information is presented. The experimental result shows that the method can be used to identify the line information from chart effectively.
