摘　　要：分析了RF321B倍捻机导丝机构的原理,提出了这种导丝机构设计的新方法,从工艺要求出发进行机构的综合设计。推导出设计该机构传动齿轮的通用公式,通过实例印证给出公式的正确性,该设计方法可为其它纺织机械设计提供借鉴。The principle of the thread guide mechanism of a two-for-one twister is studied. A new design method of the thread guide mechanism of the two-for-one twister is proposed：synthetic design can be achieved according to textile technology. Several design formulas of the gears of the thread guide mechanism are derived. Illustrative example shows that the formulas derived are right. This design method may be used for reference.
