提花机极限转速及横竖针受力分析

摘　　要：对竖针受力分析和不同回综装置极限转速的计算,可应用于高速提花机和电子提花织机。恰当地选择竖针材料能延长花板的使用寿命,为工厂和设计单位提供参考。Through analyzing the force acting upon the main hooks, the maximum speed of various kinds of down- pull element can be computed. This may apply to the high speed jacquard as well as the electronic jacquard. Proper selection of materials for making main hooks will prolong the service life of the figure pattern card. This may provide a reference for the manufacturer and designing units.
