量身定制制服最优裁剪方案的理论研究

摘　　要：用微分方法及拉格朗日乘数法求得量身定制制服裁剪方案的最优估算法,即定制制服归并后各规格的件数相等可使用料总量最小,以此总结量身定制制服的理论最优裁剪方案,并通过与企业实际操作的多个案例进行比较,验算各项指标,验证最优裁剪方案的可行性。The optimal estimation of the cutting plan for custom-made garments is founded out by differetiation and Lagrange multipliers. After sorting and incorporation, the articles with all desirable specifications are equally numbered, that make the total amount of fabric needed minimal. The optimal cutting plan of custom-made garments is theoretically summed up, and all indexes are verified by operations at the mill level. It demonstrates that the optimal cutting plan for custom-made garments is feasible.
