摘　　要：今年3月,韩日独岛(日本称之为"竹岛")之争和日本国内频发篡改历史、美化侵略的事端在韩国内引发大规模抗议日本的浪潮.这一系列事件直接导致韩日关系的急剧变化,迫使韩国改变对日政策,进而调整对外战略,以致可能改变东北亚战略格局.韩国进行战略调整的原因是近些年东北亚地区各国经济、政治、文化及国家关系等各种因素演变的结果.In March this year,ROK and Japan were atloggerheads over Du Do island (the Japanese call it Bamboo island) and tidal waves of anti- Japanese protestbroke out inside Korea in opposition to repeated occurrences in distorting history and prettifying aggression bythe Japanese. These and other accidents directly gave rise to a drastic change in Korea- Japan relations. ROK isforced to modify its Japan policy. Furthermore,it changes its external strategy,which in turn may possibly alterthe strategic setup in Northeast Asia. The reason behind ROK's strategic adjustment is rooted in the result of de-velopment in economic,political,cultural factors and state- to- state relations by various countries in NortheastAsian region.
