摘　　要：大力发展县域经济已成为促进我国经济发展和解决“三农”问题的必然要求。而在金融支持县域经济发展中,由于资金供给约束和县域金融制度设计缺陷,使得县域经济一方面缺乏有效资金支持,另一方面存款资金大量外流。Now developing county economy energetically has become the necessary requirement for boosting China＇s economic development and for solving the issues in agriculture, rural areas and farmers. However, in financial support for county economic development, there exist both restrictions of capital supply and defects in financial system, which has brought about the results that county economy lacks effective capital support on the one hand and huge local deposits outflow on the other hand.
