摘  要:目的:建立测定球松素高效液相色谱法,并用该方法对蜂胶搽剂稳定性进行测定。方法:以 Agilent XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱分析柱;以甲醇-1.6%冰醋酸水溶液(4:1)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长:289nm;柱温:30℃。结果:球松素在1~100μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,A=38.932C-37.103(r=0.9998,n=6),平均回收率为99.44%,RSD 为2.15%。通过该方法的测定,蜂胶搽剂在光、热、加速实验等因素影响下稳定。结论:该方法可以为蜂胶搽剂稳定性研究提供灵敏、准确的方法。Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determining of the pinostrobin and studying on the stability of propolis liniments. Method: A reverse - phase HPLC was used. The separation was performed on Agilent XDB -XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm) eolumn with the mobile phase of methanol- 1.6% acetic acid solution(4:1 )at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^ - 1 ; The detection was done at 289 nm and 30℃ of column temperature. Results: The linear range for pinostrobin was 1 -100μg·mL^-1. A =38. 932C -37. 103(r =0. 9998 ,n =6). The average recovery was 99.44%. The RSD was 2. 15%. Under affecting detectors such as light ,heat and constant -temperature accelerated test. The content of pinostrobin was steady by the HPLC. Conclusion: The method is a sensitive and accurate method for the studying on the stability of propolis liniments.
