摘  要:提出一种基于交会原理测量目标空间位置的新方法。面阵CCD摄像机安装在装填车上的机械手腕部。机械手方位回转时,利用CCD摄像机对发射车上的空间目标进行测量。根据测量元素方位角和高低角,采用交会方法确定空间目标的位置,从而得到两辆载车之间的坐标关系;依据计算结果引导装弹机械手将导弹快速装填至发射车。测量机构与装弹机构均为机械手,从而消除基准转换误差。通过误差分析及计算机仿真,证明可实现的测量精度为:长度≤±0.84mm,角度≤±2′6″,满足设计精度要求。A new method for measuring spatial position of target based on the principle of rendezvous measurement is proposed. The matrix CCD vidicon is fixed on the wrist of the manipulator of the loading vehicle. When the manipulator rotates azimuthally, the CCD vidicon measures point targets on the launching vehicle, from which the position relationship between two vehicles can be obtained by L formula. The manipulator transships missile fleetly into the launching vehicle according to the calculation value. The manipulator is the measurement device as well as the executive device so that residual implementing error decreases according to the identical reference principle. Error analysis and simulation on computer indicate that the method satisfies technical requests. The measurement error of length is less than ± 0.84mm, and that of angle is less than +_2"6".
