摘　　要：苏联和东欧解体后,社会主义的前途迷雾重重,对马克思主义的否定论调声声迭起。这样的背景使得法国的马克思主义研究呈现出新的特点。法国马克思主义理论界围绕着社会主义的模式、资本主义的新变化和马克思主义理论的解读展开了广泛的研究和讨论,召开了一系列的会议,形成了一些具有代表性的观点。After the breakup of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, contradictions and problems inside capitalistic societies became more prominent, and the future of socialism was uncertain. The waves of refuting Marxism arose. Against this background, French Marxist study presented new characteristics. Focusing on issues of various models of socialism, new changes in capitalism, and interpretations of Marxist theories, French theorists conducted extensive research and discussion, held a series of conferences, and formed some representative views. This paper tries to summarize the present situation and new characteristics of France Marxist study.
