摘 要:以鲁豆11号为试验材料,利用植物生长调节剂SHK-6拌种和分枝期叶面喷施,在大田条件下研究了大豆根系对物质吸收和合成能力的变化及SHK-6调控的效应。结果表明,SHK-6处理显著提高了根系还原能力和伤流量,显著促进了根系对硝态氮吸收和氨基酸合成与转化;SHK-6显著提高伤流液中各个生育期内IAA、GAs和CTKs含量,而ABA含量前期SHK-6处理是显著低于对照,生育后期显著促进了ABA的运输量;SHK-6显著提高了产量,改善了产量构成因素。Field experiments were conducted in 2000 at the research center of china agricultural university to examine the effect of PGR SHK -6 on the change of endogenous hormones and nutrition in bleeding sap of soybean ( Ludou 11, cv. ). Sequential application of SHK - 6 was used for all experiments. Seeds were treated with SHK - 6 at 0.4ml/kg seeds and plants were sprayed at branching stage with a dose of 75ml/ha. The results showed that SHK -6 significantly increased root physiological activity, and the volume of bleeding sap. Furthermore, the flow capacity of nitrite and amino acids in bleeding sap were significantly promoted by SHK -6. During whole growth period, SHK - 6 significantly promoted the flow capacity of IAA (auxin) , GAs (gibberellin) and CTKs ( cytokinins) in bleeding sap, but markedly decreased the flow capacity of ABA at period growth stages and notably increased the flow capacity of ABA (abscisic acid) at later growth stages. SHK -6 significantly increased the yield and improved the yield components.
