摘　　要：为了保证预焙铝电解槽平稳、高效地生产,有效预防和及时处理针振或电压摆就显得尤为重要。本文通过分析预焙槽针振与电压摆的原因及特征,提出预防和处理措施。It is very important to effectively and timely solve the voltage vibration and swing in order to ensure highly efficient and stable running of 240kA pre - baked anode cell. The paper put forward the precautions and measures after the causes and their characters of cell voltage vibration and swing were analyzes.
