摘  要:目的:探讨大鼠脑照射后不同时期神经行为的变化。方法:用60Co作20Gy单次照射大鼠脑,利用自发活动实验、Morris水迷宫分别对照射后7d、1个月和3个月的大鼠神经行为进行测定。结果:照射7d后,大鼠自发活动减少,Morris水迷宫的游泳轨迹和潜伏期与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;照射1个月和3个月后,大鼠自发活动增加,Morris水迷宫潜伏期延长,Morris水迷宫的游泳轨迹与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:大鼠脑照射后引起神经行为改变与照射后时间有关,自发活动改变早于学习记忆能力的改变。Objective:To investigate the neurobehavior change in the difference time after irradiation on the encephalon of rats. Methods:The encephalon of rats were irradiated by ^60Co at a single dose of 20 Gy. The neurobehavioral changes were observed by the locomotor activity test and Morris water labyrinth in 7 days, 1 month and 3 month respectively after irradiation. Result:In 7 days after irradiation, the locomotor activity of the irradiated rats decreased,and the swim track and lantency of the irradiated rat in Morris water labyrinth were not obviously different from that of control group either. In 1 month and 3 months after irradiation, the locomotor activity of the irradiated rats increased. The lantency of the irradiated rat was prolonged, and the swim track was obviously different from that of control group. Conclusion:The change of the neurobehavior of the irradiated rat corresponds to the irradiation time, the change of the locomotor activity is earlier than that of study and memory.
