摘  要:在铂催化剂作用下,用4-(3-烯丙氧基-2-羟基)丙氧基-2-羟基二苯甲酮(MUV-O)与含氢硅油(PHMS)在甲苯溶剂中的硅氢化加成反应,合成了一种侧链携带有二苯甲酮类紫外吸收基团的聚硅氧烷(PUVSi).用红外光谱、1HNMR、13CNMR、紫外光谱等对产物结构进行了表征.研究了合成反应条件,结果表明:当硅氢化反应温度为80~100 ℃,催化剂氯铂酸用量为原料总质量的(10~50)×10-6,m(MUV-O):m(PHMS)=16.4:30时,产物PUVSi的接枝率可达91%.新合成的二苯甲酮类紫外吸收基聚硅氧烷PUVSi,对波长为243.2(吸光度A=0.797)、288.2(吸光度A=1.013)、325.4 nm(吸光度A=0.847)的紫外光有强吸收作用.In the presence of platinum catalyst, a polysiloxane with pending groups of derivative of benzophenone (PUVSi) is synthesized by hydrosilylation of 4-( 3-allyloxy-2-hydroxy ) propyloxy-2- hydroxybenzophenone (MUV-O) with polyhydromethylsiloxane (PHMS). The related chemical structure of the product is determined and characterized by IR,1^HNMR,13^ CNMR and UV spectra. Optimum synthesis condition of PUVSi is investigated and researched. Experimental results indicate that when m(MUV-O) :m(PHMS) = 16.4:30 ,and hydrosilylation temperature is maintained at 80 - 100 ℃ as well as the amounts of H2PtC16 is in the range materials ( PHMS and MUV-O) , the grafting yield of (10 -50) × 10^-6 based on the total weight of raw of the polysiloxane is over 91%. In addition, the new synthesized polysiloxane is proved to be an excellent UV-absorbing agent, exhibiting intensive ultraviolet absorption bands at wavelengths of 243.2 nm ( absorbance A = 0. 797 ) , 288.2 nm (absorbance A = 1. 013 ) and 325.4 nm( absorbance A = 0. 847).
