摘 要:采用硫酸作催化剂,以1,2-环氧环己烷为原料经水解合成了反1,2-环己二醇。考察了催化剂用量、原料摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等条件对产物收率的影响;以二氯乙烷为溶剂对产物进行萃取、重结晶提纯。实验结果表明,在水与1,2-环氧环己烷的摩尔比为20∶1、反应温度为(45±2)℃、pH为3.0左右、反应时间为60m in的条件下,产物反1,2-环己二醇的收率在80%左右,纯度达到99%以上。并通过红外光谱与气相色谱-质谱方法对产物进行了表征,证实了产物的结构与纯度。trans-1, 2-cyclohexandiol was synthesized from 1, 2-epoxycyclohexane and H2O by oxidation over H2SO4 catalyst. Effects of catalyst dosage, mole ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, and reaction time on product yield were investigated. Product was purified by extraction with C2H4C12 as extractant and recrystallization. Under optimal reaction conditions; n(H2O):n(1, 2-epoxycyclohexane) = 20:1, reaction temperature(45 ±2) t, pH 3.0, reaction time 60 min and mass fraction of catalyst(diluted sulfuric acid of mass fraction 20%) in reactants 0.2%, product yield could reach 80% and its purity could be more than 99%. Structure of product was characterized by means of FTIR and GC-MS.
