老年转子间骨折的DHS治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨DHS治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法采用AO动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗184例老年股骨转子间骨折,对其围手术期治疗及功能恢复进行疗效评价。结果182例骨折愈合,其中4例畸形愈合,平均随访18个月,Sarders评分关节功能优良率86.2%。结论老年患者的股骨转子间骨折术前应充分评估风险,早期、合理采用DHS治疗,疗效可靠。Objective To study therapeutic effects of intertrochanteric fractures in 184 elderly cases who were operated with dynamic hip screw （DHS）. Methods 184 elderly cases were operated in AO dynamic hip screw and evaluated therapeutic effects of round the surgical operation period and the functional rehabilitation. Results 183 cases of all had healed, one of them died , the rests had been visited 18.3 months equally. The results were excellent in 86.2% with the Sarders grade point of articulation function. Conclusions If evaluating the risk well in the front of operation, and treating with reasonable internal fixation of dynamic hip screw（DHS） in the earlier period,the curative effects are credibility.
