On the New Trends of US Hegemonism During Bushs Second Presidency

摘　　要：布什总统第二任期开始以来,美国政府的外交政策虽然出现了一些新的特点,但霸权主义依旧是它的主旋律。美国政府不但不会彻底放弃布什总统第一任期遵循的单边主义外交理念,相反还将在政治、经济、军事等各方面进一步强化美国的霸权主义政策。因此,对中国等广大发展中国家而言,与布什政府的霸权主义作斗争依旧是一项紧迫的任务。Since the beginning of Bush＇s second presidency, US foreign policy has showed some new characteristics, but hegemonism still plays a fundamental part in it. US government will not only give up its unilateralism which the first Bush administration has been sticking to, it will also strengthen its hegemonism politically as well as economically and militarily. Hence anti-US hegemonism must be considered as an uttermost task for all the developing countries including China.
