有机锗抗艾氏腹水癌作用的初步研究

摘　　要：观察了有机锗对艾氏腹水癌的作用。有机锗能明显抑制艾氏腹水癌实体瘤,其作用表现出剂量依赖性:以10mg/每只小鼠为最适,抑癌率达93.42％;20mg/每只小鼠及5mg/每只小鼠的抑癌率分别为74.74％和-79.49％。对腹水型癌仅于用药期有效,一经停药则其作用丧失。The effect of organogermanium compound on the Ehrlich ascites tumor was investigated. The solid tumor was obviosly inhibited by the organogermanium compound; The effect depended on doses of the drug, in which 10mg/per mouce wasvery optimal. The dose yielded the inhibitory rate may up to 93.42%, whereas thatdoses at 20mg/per mouse and 5mg/per mouse were 74.74% and -79.49% respecti-vely. The effect of organogermanium compound on the ascites tumor only responedduring the administering period; The effect had been lost as soon as the dg hadstopped.
