摘　　要：通过对川东地区新城住区建设中存在问题的分析,认为在城市发展过程中,丰富多彩的生活方式和城市功能的建构模式都被简单化,传统的地域特色随之消殆。从分析当地居民的生活行为方式特点入手,总结出影响居住环境建构的因素,并提出适合于地域特色的居住模式。Through analyzing the problems of new town settlement in the east - Sichuan areas, Author felt that the Vitality of live style and construction method of city function had been simplified in the development of cities. The traditional local characteristics were also disappeared. Beginning with the research on the behavior characteristics of the local dweller, the paper want to reach the conclusions of affecting the settlement and get some advices.
