摘　　要：简要归纳了国内外城市商业中心空间布局模式,提出了“向心”和“离心”两种模式,并围绕新昆明建设,重点研究商务中心空间布局,通过定性和定量分析提出重点打造中央商务区,重点建设4个二级商务中心,并探讨了其规划范围。This paper passes , sum up domestic and international city commercial central space layout pattern briefly, have put forward “ is centripetal ” and “ is centrifugal , ” two patterns. According to the type of upper patterns , with Kunming city as example, revolves around new Kunming construction, key research business central space layout, put forward through the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis ：（ 1 ） focal point makeing central commercial district, form the CBD core with square as center, the west side to walk commercial street and eastern side to financial commercial district; （2） key construction 4 two -level commercial centers, and have discussed its program scope.
