摘　　要：基于变革和柔性化的流程管理是一个复杂和多维的现象,本文就供应链流程管理过程中的变革机制和柔性化机制进行了研究,构建了一个集成框架模型,为供应链卓越流程的构建提供理论支持和预先分析支持。Process management based on reformation and flexibility is complicated and multi - dimensional phenomena. The mechanism of reformation and flexibility of process management in supply chain is studied, and an integrated framework model is constructed for providing theoretical support and pre- analysis support to build prominent process in supply chain.
