摘　　要：对奥林匹克知识产权的保护是2008年奥运会成功的一个重要标志。保护奥林匹克知识产权是在法律许可的范围内合理地利用,使其产生更大的社会和经济效益,目的是在全世界健康、持续地开展奥林匹克运动,传播奥林匹克理想和理念。The protection of Intellectual Property Rights is seen as an important signal which determines whether the 2008 Olympic Games will be held successfully. The protection of Intellectual Property Rights refers to utilizing it in a rational range permitted by the law, thereby facilitating it to produce much more social and economic benefits. Further, the purpose of it is to develop the Olympic Games in a healthy and sustained way to convey the Olympic idea and concept in the world wide.
