摘　　要：运用保险风险理论,采用文献资料、调查访问、综合分析等方法,对中国体育产业风险投资的涵义、特征和判断标准进行了综合分析,对中国体育产业风险控制与管理问题进行了理论探讨,并从多视角度提出了具体的体育产业风险控制与管理的措施,以避免体育产业风险投资可能造成的损失,为中国体育产业风险投资的健康发展提供决策参考。Based on theories of risk avoidance insurance, with the combination of documentary analysis, interview and synthetic analysis, this paper conducted a comprehensive analysis on the connotation, characteristics and assessment standard of venture investment in the context of the Chinese sports industry, made a profound and extensive theoretical discussion on venture control and risk management. The measures and approaches of the venture control and management were proposed in the multi-level perspectives, aiming to avoid the possible loss and provide scientific references for the healthy development of the venture investment of Chinese sports industry.
