摘　　要：在采用文献资料法,问卷调查法和数理统计法对我国竞技体操人力资源的现状进行研究的基础上,分析我国竞技体操人力资源的开发对于我国竞技体操可持续发展的作用,提出开发我国竞技体操人力资源的主要途径。With the combination of the documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, and statistic analysis, this paper conducted an analysis of the current situation of human resources of Chinese competitive gymnastics athletes and explored the role of the development of human resources in the sustainable development of competitive gymnastics in China. The main approaches of developing human resources of Chinese competitive gymnastics athletes were given.
