摘　　要：电子政务是当代信息化建设最重要的领域之一,所以其效益引起了全世界各国的关注。文章主要从成本和效益两个方面分析了电子政务建设的效益问题,电子政务建设的成本包括硬件投入成本和软件投入成本,其效益分为经济效益、社会效益、综合效益和负面效益。E-government is one of the most important areas of modem informationalization construction, so nations all over the world have caught sight of its benefit, This paper analyzes the benefit problem of E-government from two aspects： cost and benefit, The cost of E-government construction includes hardware cost input and software cost input, and its benefit includes economic benefit, social benefit, synthesis benefit and negative benefit.
