摘　　要：目的提高开放手术在治疗上尿路结石梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭中作用的认识。方法对16例行开放手术治疗的上尿路结石梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭患者就其治疗原则、手术方法进行回顾性分析。结果术后肾功能恢复正常者13例(81.2%);3个月仍有不同程度的氮质血症者3例(18.8%)。结论开放手术对治疗上尿路结石梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭不失为安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To raise the awareness on the effect of the open operations to treat acute rental failure caused by obstruction of upper urinary stones. Method Retrospective analysis of principles and methods of treatment with open operations on the 16 cases who had acute rental failure caused by obstruction of upper urinary stones. Results 13 cases （81.2%） obtained normal renal functions and 3 cases （ 18.8% ） with azoemia three months after the operation. Conclusion Open operations should be a safe and effective means of treating acute rental failure caused by obstruction of upper urinary stones.
