摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备纳米β分子筛/Al2O3复合材料,考察制备过程中pH值、浆液浓度、成胶温度、投料方式和老化温度等因素对复合材料的影响,并采用TEM,EDS,29SiMASNMR,DTA,NH3TPD等方法对复合材料进行了表征,考察复合材料对正辛烷临氢异构化反应的催化性能。结果表明,溶胶凝胶法制备的纳米β/Al2O3复合材料中的β分子筛以约5nm的尺寸分散在Al2O3基质中,有助于解决纳米分子筛易团聚的难题,提高了纳米β分子筛的热稳定性,对正辛烷临氢异构化反应催化性能优异。The nano-zeolite β/Al_2O_3 complex was prepared by sol-gel method. Factors affecting preparation, such as pH value, zeolite content in slurry, gelation temperature, materials adding mode and aging temperature, were investigated. The obtained complex was characterized by TEM, EDS, 29Si MAS NMR, DTA, NH_3-TPD and etc. The catalytic performance of said complex was evaluated via the isomerization reaction of n-octane in the presence of hydrogen. The results showed that the zeolite β particles at a size of about 5nm were finely dispersed on the alumina surface, avoiding the aggregation of nanosized crystallites. In addition, the thermal stability of the nano-zeolite β was improved and the activity of the catalyst containing nano-zeolite β/Al_2O_3 complex during the isomerization of n-octane in the presence of hydrogen was excellent.
