摘　　要：目的：探讨端粒酶检测在宫颈癌诊断中的作用及其在宫颈癌发生中与bcl-2和bax蛋白表达的相关性. 方法：用原位杂交方法检测端粒酶的表达及其活性,采用免疫组织化学技术SABC法检测bcl-2和bax. 结果：端粒酶在宫颈癌中的表达率明显高于癌前病变（P〈0.01）和宫颈良性肿瘤.端粒酶活性与bcl-2表达负相关,与bax表达显著负相关,与bcl-2/bax比值明显正相关. 结论：bcl-2/bax表达失衡（比值增大）可能是端粒酶激活的重要途径之一.Objective： To investigate the role of detection of telomerase activity in cervical cancer diagnosis and the correlation of telomerase and bcl - 2 and bax in the genesis of cervical cancer. Methods： With in situ hybridzation to detect the expression and activity of telomerase, bcl - 2 and bax were studied by strept Avidin - Biontin Complex immunohistochemistry （ SABC）. Results： The expression rate of telomerase in cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in precancerous cervix （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and in cervical benign tumors. The bcl - 2 and the bax had negative relation with the expression of telomerase, but there was positive relation between telomerase and bcl- 2/bax ratio. Conclusion： The increase of the ratio of bcl - 2/bax may be one of the important pathways by which telomerase is activated.
