摘 要:目的:研究维持性血液透析患者血清CRP水平及其与血脂的关系。方法:维持性血液透析患者40例为实验组,健康人35例为对照组,检测肝肾功能、血脂、CRP,维持性血液透析患者按CRP水平分为CRP增高组及CRP正常组,分析CRP水平与肝肾功能、血脂的关系。结果:维持性血液透析患者血清CRP水平较正常人群明显增高(P<0.05),其升高程度与血清白蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1呈负相关(r=-0.379,-0.246,-0.229),而与甘油三酯、载脂蛋白B100浓度呈正相关(r=0.213,0.341)。结论:CRP与维持性血液透析患者脂质代谢紊乱密切相关,可作为其脂质代谢紊乱的指标,有可能预测患者心血管疾病的发生。Objective:To investigate the relationship between C-reactive protein and plasma lipids in the uremic patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods:40 uremic patients with hemodialysis were divided into two groups according to the CRP levels, 35 healthy people were grouped as controls. Serum CRP and biochemical markers were detected in all patients and controls. Then the relationship between serum CRP level and biochemical markers and plasma lipids were analyzed. Results:The serum levels of CRP in uremic patients with hemodialysis were significant higher than those in health controls (P〈0. 05). The serum levels of CRP in uremic patients were negatively correlated with the plasma levels of ALB,HDL and Apo-Al(r=-0. 379, -0. 246, -0. 229), and positively correlated with those of triglyceride and Apo-B100 (r= 0. 213, 0.341 ). Conclusion:The levels of CRP in hemodialysis patients are closely associated with abnormalities in plasma lipids and lipoproteins. The increased levels of CRP may be an important risk factor for dyslipidemia cardiovascular disease in hemodialysis patients.
