丹那唑对子宫内膜异位症脂代谢及内分泌的影响

摘　　要：通过用丹那唑治疗子宫内膜鼻位症患者，观察服用该药前后及停药后脂代谢水平指标及部分内分泌指标变化。结果：血清ＨＤＬ—ｃ、ＨＤＬ２－ｃ、ＨＤＬ３－ｃ及ＡｐｏＡ—Ｉ等水平显著下降，ＬＤＬ－ｃ及ＡｐｏＢ水平显著上升，ＬＤＬ／ＨＤＬ及ＡｐｏＢ／ＡｐｏＡ－Ⅰ两比值明显增大；Ｅ２水平显著下降，ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ及Ｔ水平没有明显变化；停药后２个月各指标均回到用药前水平，说明就脂代谢变化而言，丹那哇不适作长期连续治疗。亦对该药的使用进行了讨论，并从脂代谢角度对内膜异位症在治疗药物如何选择上提出了建议。bjective:To study the effects of Danazol and discusshow to select the treating drugs for patients with endometriosis. Design: Some indexes about lipidsmetabolism and endocrine were observed before andafter the oral Danazol in patients with endometriosis.Results: After treatment, the level of HDL - C, HDL2-C and ApoB were increased significantly, the levelof the E2 was decreased significantly,while the level ofFSH, LH, and T did not have an obvious change. 2monthes after the therapy,the levels of the above targets became the same as those before treatment. Conclusion: When treating the endometriosis, the Danazolshould not be used continuously for a long time.
