摘  要:大口径钢管的质量关系到设备的安全运行,而我国目前还没有制定大口径钢管的检测方法和标准,也缺少管道的高速检测系统。合肥工业大学研究的大口径钢管高速检测系统,采用轴向、周向缺陷信号检测方法,对多路缺陷信号采用“时分复用”滑环传送技术,依靠计算机实现缺陷信号采集、处理、分析与缺陷类型识别;该系统已开始应用在工程中,达到API规范要求。The quality of big diameter steel tubes has great influence on safe running of equipment ,but there are no specifications for the method and standard of dectecting in China ,and China is short of domestic high-speed detecting systems. Here introduced is a system developed by Hefei University of Technology. In the system, axial and circumferential detecting methods are adopted ,the metallic annulus is used to transmit multi-channel defect signals by time division multiplex communication ,and the data acquisition,processing and analysis and the identification of the defect types are carried out by using computers. The system has been used in practical projects, and it can reach the standard of API.
