摘　　要：论文针对企业实施EAI过程中的组织建模问题,提出一个集成化的企业组织元模型(IEOMM,IntegratedEnterpriseOrganizationMeta-Model)。IEOMM整合了企业目标、组织结构、过程及资源四个不同方面,并通过引入Agent等元素来消除人员变化对组织模型的影响,能够支持固定的、临时的、外部虚拟的组织单元及其混合结构。最后给出了部分的形式化语言描述。For organization modeling in EAI,an integrated enterprise organization meta-model named IEOMM is proposed,involving enterprise goal,structure,process and resource.The main characters of IEOMM are as follows： introducing agent element to eliminate the side-effect on organization model due to employee turnover;suitable for permanent,temporal,external virtual organization units and their hybrid structures etc.At last,a precise representation of IEOMM by formal language is given.
