针灸对肥胖并发高血压瘦素胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：探讨针灸对单纯性肥胖病并发高血压病瘦素抵抗和胰岛素抵抗的作用。观察30例患者针灸辨证治疗前后空腹血糖(FBS)、胰岛素(INS)以及瘦素水平的变化,并设正常组25例对照比较。结果:针灸治疗前患者具有高瘦素血症及高INS血症的特征,胰岛素敏感性指数(IAI)比正常组明显偏低;针灸可以纠正患者的这种高瘦素血症及高INS血症,显著提高IAI。提示针灸纠正瘦素抵抗(LR)和胰岛素抵抗(IR),是实现减肥和降压作用的关键因素之一。This paper studied the effect of acupuncture on leptin resistance（LR） and insulin resistance（IR） in simple obesity complicated with hypertension. Thirty subjects were treated by acupuncture. The fasting bloed sugar（ FBS）, blood insulin（INS） , and blood leptin in the patients were observed before and after treatment ; another 25 healthy people were also observed as contrtrol. Results： Before the treatment, patients had high leptin and high INS compared with normal group, and patients＇ IAI was lower than the normal group. Acupuncture could remedy high leptin, high INS and significantly increase IAI. It is suggested that the treatment of LR and IR by acupuncture is a key factor to the success of weight loss and blood pressure-decreasing effect.
