摘 要:以SnCl4为原料的化学共沉淀法、sol-gel法和以金属Sn粒为原料的溶解–热解法分别制备出纳米SnO2粉体。采用TG-DTA、XRD、TEM等手段对其进行表征,静态配气法测试SnO2的酒敏性能。结果表明:采用溶解–热解法制备的SnO2粒径小于10nm,在210℃的工作温度下,对0.005%的乙醇具有160倍的高灵敏度,响应恢复时间仅1s的优良特点。讨论了影响材料气敏性能的因素。Nanosized SnO2 powders were prepared by chemical coprecipitation and sol-gel methods using SnCl4 as raw material, and dissolution-pyrolysis method using tin metal. Its alcohol sensitive properties were also studied. The materials were analyzed by means of TG-DTA, XRD and TEM. The properties of gas sensitivity to alcohol were measured using distribution in static state. Experimental results show that the SnO2 powders prepared by dissolution-pyrolysis are less than 10 rim, and its sensitivity is 160 times to 0.005% alcohol at 210℃, response-recovery time is only one second. The factors which influence gas sensitive properties of material are discussed in detail.
