含铝、镓层柱材料的表面酸性及催化性能

摘  要:用水热法合成了含铝和镓的两种皂石,并进行交联制得不同柱高及柱含量的铝、镓层柱材料。用 XRD、NH_3-TPD、FT-IR 表征了试样的晶相、表面酸量、酸类型和酸强度,考察了试样对β-甲基萘岐化反应的催化性能。结果表明:层柱材料的晶相完整,高柱试样及交联合成土试样的酸量大,试样的 L 酸中心大于 B 酸中心。酸量越大活性越高;层柱材料催化β-甲基萘主要以异构反应为主,强的 B 酸中心和较多的 L 酸中心有利于β-甲基萘发生岐化反应。Two saponites with aluminum and gallium were synthesized by a hydrothermal method. Aluminum and gallium substituted pillared materials with different pillar height and contents were prepared by cross-linking with hydroxyl aluminum oligomer. The crystallinity, acid amount, acid intensity and types of surface acid of the above samples were characterized by XRD, IR and NH3-TPD. The catalytic properties of the samples were studied in β-methylnaphthalene(β-MN) disproportionation reaction. The results showed that pillared materials with clear crystal and different pillar height were obtained. The acid amounts of highly pillared samples and cross-linking synthetic clays were higher than others. The number of Lewis (L) acid centre was higher than that of Bronsted(B) acid. The higher the acid amounts, the higher the activity, β-MN was mainly converted into α-MN by isomeriza- tion by the acid catalysts. The strong B acid and more L acid centres are favorable for β-MN disproporationation reaction.
