摘 要:为考察苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯(简称苯-丙核壳型)乳液的组成与结构对成膜过程及涂膜性能的影响,采用分阶段饥饿态加料的半连续乳液聚合法以苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯为原料制备了一系列苯-丙核壳型乳液。通过DSC、TEM 等手段确证了复合乳液的核壳形态结构,考察了单体加料顺序、单体组成等对乳液涂膜性能的影响。实验发现,核壳型乳液可根据聚合物的相容性来调节两相的均匀分散性,该形态结构可为涂膜提供优越的透明度、光泽性和硬度。In order to investigate the influence of the composition and structure of core-shell type emulsions on the film formation and the property of the coatings, a series of polystyrene/poly(butyl acrylate-co-methyl methacrylate) composite emulsions were prepared by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization under monomer starved conditions. The core-shell structure of the emulsion particles were verified through DSC and TEM, and the influence of the feeding sequence, monomer composition etc. on the properties of the coatings were investigated. It was found that the core-shell phases could disperse each other homogeneously during the film formation if they have suitable compatibility, such morphological structure could improve the transparancy, gloss and hardness of the coating.
