摘 要:本研究分别选择10个个体通过直接测序并与Ncbi下载的13条鸡MHC-B-F基因序列合并分析了外显子2、外显子3中的单核苷酸多态性位点。结果在外显子2264个碱基的序列中发现了44个核苷酸变异位点,其中有24个引起了氨基酸的改变,在外显子3273个碱基的序列中发现了42个核苷酸变异位点,其中有26个引起了氨基酸的改变。而且核苷酸序列的同源性均高于氨基酸序列的同源性。In the present study, 10 chickens were used for PCR amplification of the MHC-B-F gene and thereafter directly sequencing, These obtained 10 sequences altogether with 13 other ones reported in NCBI website were used in alignment analysis. Results showed that there were 44 SNP sites in 264 bases of enon2. 24 of them led to the substitutions of amino acids. Otherwise. 42 SNP sites in 273 bases of exon 3 were found and 26 led to amino acid changes. This information indicated that the chicken.MHC-B-F gene was highly polymorphic in exon2 and exon3 regions. the homology of nucleotides was higher than that of aminc acjds.
