摘　　要：设计了一种基于Modbus协议的新型可通信控制与保护开关电器(CPS)智能控制器。系统不仅能较好地实现测量、保护、控制与通信等功能,而且控制器丰富的通信端口可扩展多种现场总线通信。数字化、智能化和网络化等特点及精简的硬件结构,合理的软、硬件设计使其具有很强的市场竞争力。The design of a new intelligent controller with capable communication for control and protective switching（CPS） device based on Modbus was introduced. The system can not only realize the functions such as measuring, protecting, monitoring and communication but also can expand many kinds of fieldbus. Its digital, intelligent and network characteristics, simplified hardware framework and rational software design made it have powerful competitive power in the market.
