摘　　要：通过布铗、直辊两种丝光机的丝光效果试验表明,涤棉产品无论在布铗丝光机上,还是在直辊丝光机上,丝光效果基本一致,便于安排生产计划,可根据生产需要调整丝光机台;纯棉织物用布铗丝光机得色比直辊丝光机要深5%左右,且布铗丝光机的钡值大于直辊丝光机,缩水效果好于直辊丝光机。Mercerizing effects of polyester/cotton blended fabric and cotton fabric on clip and chainless padless mercerizing machines are compared. Expriments show that for polyester/cotton fabric, mercerizing results is similar, machine can be chosen depending on the practical demands. While for cotton fabric, clip mercerizing is superior to chainless padless mercerizing in respects of dye yield, barium number and shrinkage.
