摘　　要：沙钢1、2号高炉是利用德国多特蒙德的TKS厂7号、4号高炉部分设备、设施经过扩容改造、技术升级而 成,3号高炉全新设计。沙钢630万t炼铁工程在工艺技术装备、总图布置等方面与众不同,采用的高炉长寿技术、富 氧喷煤、煤气除尘净化调压系统、环保INBA渣处理系统、铁水可直接兑入转炉(一罐到位)和铁水罐液面称重控制等 工艺和技术达到了当今炼铁技术的先进水平。No. 1 and No. 2 blast furnace （2 500 m^3 ） of Shasteel are revamped ones based on part of No. 7 and No. 4 blast furnace equipment from TKS in Germany after furnace volume expansion and technical upgrading. No. 3 blast furnace is a complete new one. 6.3 million t ironmaking project of Shasteel is special as far as technical equipment and general layout concerned, the applied technologies and processes, such as long campaign technology, oxygen enriched pulverized coal injection, pressure regulation system for gas cleaning, environment friendly INBA slag treatment system, direct charging of hot metal into converter （ only by one ladle ）, weighing of hot metal ladle, reach the advanced level in ironmaking field nowadays.
